The property could use some TLC. The hot tub nozzles were broken, the rooms aren’t in the best condition, the pots, dinnerware, cutlery etc in the suites need to be changed. The guest associate Mr. Kamran was extremely helpful and kind.

Well. I booked this hotel for a trip I was taking well in advance. When things changed, i tried to change the date of my stay (not cancel - with 6 weeks notice) and they refused. Now, I stay in a lot of hotels as I'm fortunate enough to travel a lot, but never in my life have i encountered this. I have now paid for an expensive hotel room in a hotel I will never book again. Im appalled at their flippancy and their refusal to work with me or Expedia. Travellers beware.

Pros: close to airport and provided shuttle transportation to/from airport. Spacious two-bdrm suite. Cons: service was not good. My daughter told front desk staff 3 times there was no ice bucket in the room and asked for a replacement. The first two times, she was told to “keep looking.” We looked everywhere. Finally, upon her third request they brought one up. The suite was dark and dated — especially the bathroom.
