The service from the staff at check in was spot on and took very little time. The room was surprisingly large and had everything you would need. The bed was comfy and there was a bath as well as a shower which pleased the wife!! Overall we had a short but very pleasant stay, so i would recommend it."

"Barcalo Royal Level was a great resort - the room was spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. THe main hotel areas are very clean and neatly laid out. The communal toilets near restaurant and pool need some repairs, but every other common area was very nice. The restaurants are so good, the amount of food was amazing and the variety was A LOT! I used the Royal Level restaurant for breakfasts as the chefs making the omelettes, pancakes, bagels, french toast, eggs were better than other restaurants. Other meals I used the bigger buffet restaurants which had more choice. I would recommend the resort it lived up to and exceeded my expectations. Some reviews I read before questions the need for Royal Level booking - but I found it near faultless. I would've liked the Olympic Pool to be included (maybe 2 bookings per trip) but I used the main pools which were really good. The cocktails and access to soft drinks & beer were really good. "
