"The hotel is in an excellent location, close to shops and restaurants. Our room was quite comfortable, except for the bed being a little too low but we definitely had a good nights sleep. The breakfast was very good, eggs and bacon to order and a lot of other choices. The only thing that I would let other travellers know is that there are stairs, not many."

There was an issue for a day and half where our master shower was not working due to a missing piece so our family of five needed to use the smaller unit. Not a problem but just inconvenience. I had to be proactive in this communication but after the owner personally called and wanted to make sure the unit issue was addressed. They did get then handy man to come and fix it. "The property was even better than expected, very spacious and well appointed kitchen, and the views spectacular! The short but steep walk down to the beach was excellent challenge to the fitness of the older members of the party. The heated pool was brilliant and compensated for the cooler misty air - this improved by mid afternoon and we enjoyed a couple of splendid sunsets. "

The area is wonderful Inc the lagoon, the castle etc and we absolutely loved this villa, it made our family holiday so enjoyable, especially with all of the kids items. "The house and pool area is well maintained and comfortable. Our only issue was the host made up only a single bed (queen ) with only a single pillow per person. We sleep with (2) pillows each - there were no additional bedding anywhere in the house. Also just a set of 2 towels per person for the week’s stay. We were renting a (3) bedroom property ; the host could have left additional bedding and towels which was the case in the other places we stayed in during this trip."
