"My husband and I drove from Naples to enjoy the beautiful Tuscany scenery amidst our travels throughout Italy. Unbeknownst to us, GPS guided us on a much different path than we expected. A narrow winding unpaved trail up the mountain side was not what we expected and we decided to work our way down before getting stuck on the mountain path with a flat tire. When I called Marco to let him know that we would be delayed, he quickly came to the rescue and picked us up and drove us to the villa....

"We loved our visit - the house is in such a tranquil spot with loads of space inside and out and the view from the terrace was gorgeous. "This was exactly as described, Massimo was very engaging and informative, he told the history around the house and surroundings, the place is quaint and cozy, (especially the little wood stove), it was exhilarating to come home to after visiting busy, noisy Florence and Venice, climbing the windy little road was an experience in itself, if you love peace and quiet this is the place. "The quiet setting of this old farmhouse provided a calm retreat from the hectic days of sightseeing. Giacomo was a gracious host, meeting us when we arrived, giving us numerous helpful tips about sightseeing and restaurants, things to do and places to see.
