"Exceptional staff, very helpful and accommodating. Brought us cutlery to our room when we ordered in, asked for a hoover due to messy children and they did it for us. The mattress felt a little worn/damaged in one area and the beds in general are also a little visibly worn. Nothing severe however and the staff more than made up for it. "We booked an overnight stay as having a girls weekend in Bath. I chose this hotel for the location, value and from previous reviews. Firstly the staff were all very warm, welcoming and professional.
