This spacious and tastefully decorated three bedroom and two bathroom house is right in the centre of town. It is just 200 from the post office and 200 - 700 metres to the jetty, beach, river and park, CBD, hotels, restaurants and cafes, shopping, cinema, and the Butter Factory and Historical Museum. The bus station is a 100 metre walk away and a bus stop is just around the corner. Very quiet street considering its central location. Everything is so close you will love it!
THE HOUSE
The home is fully self contained with a fully equipped kitchen, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave and DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee (bean) machine. The living area and the main bedroom offer reverse cycle air conditioning for your comfort. The second and third bedrooms have a ceiling fan. Also enjoy the lovely wood fire to warm the house on these cool winter nights. The two toilets are located separate to the bathrooms, and the second bathroom has a bath. The laundry has a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. There is a smart TV so you are welcome to use your own Netflix ID.
There is a huge enclosed backyard, and the outdoor patio has a gas barbeque. Plenty of room for the kids and dog to play. There is also a second outdoor area to relax in privacy.
DOG FRIENDLY - Dogs welcome with prior arrangement. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog . Please state your dog's breed when booking. Dogs are not allowed on the bedding. They must be washed and treated for fleas before arrival.

For your comfort, please consider these few things. Just like your home, the house is seasonally and occasionally visited by nature While we pest control the house regularly no treatment will ever stop them completely. We supply insect repellent for personal outdoor use and odourless fly killer for indoor use. Our property (and all Busselton) is alongside a vast “Wetland for Wildlife” corridor.
Check out is 9.50am before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your request if we can.
