I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations for a property rated three stars on Expedia. One of the first issues was the misleading advertisement regarding an EV charger—despite the listing suggesting availability, the only option was for Tesla, which was not clearly stated.
Beyond that, the overall room conditions were disappointing. The carpet was stained, the toilet seat was visibly worn, and the water pressure was weak and inconsistent with hot water. Additionally, more than half of the electrical outlets in the room didn’t work, making it frustrating to find a usable one. There was also no turn-down service, which added to the sense of neglect in hotel upkeep.
Overall, the quality and maintenance of this hotel did not match its advertised rating. I hope Expedia takes this feedback seriously to ensure future travelers have more accurate expectations.
