Casa Rosa itself is set in a very quiet part of the village and we had a really peaceful, quiet atmosphere. "We had a great time in Abruzzo staying at this property. The property has ample space, is very quiet and a great price. It has great views of the valley and is near Sulmona and just an hour from the beaches in Pescara. There is plenty of space and plenty of beds. Having three bathrooms was great. "I cannot thank and recommend Rolanda and Torre Dei Tre Fratelli enough (including Cinzia for the loveliest welcome)! Iris - Fantastic friendly hotel

"Stayed in the Iris for 6 nights and it was fantastic, upon arrival the front desk was more than helpful and the English they spoke was great. The room was very good with a very big walk in shower, breakfast was great with a wide range of cakes, buns along with cold meats, cheese, cereal and eggs and bacon upon asking. Tea, coffee and juices were also to hand. The staff throughout the stay were friendly and very helpful. What a great hotel this was and I would recommend this to anyone who's wanting to stay in a great centrally located hotel."

"We love this charming hotel built into medieval stone and very close to the Maiella mountains! Staff were excellent esp Eugene who can converse in English well, very generous of his time and provided excellent service throughout as well as Petra who was so funny and kind - both made the pleasant stay even better! Food was fantastic with breakfast having a great selection of both savoury and sweet treats. The only problem was the lack of airconditioning (there was a stand fan) in the room making sleep almost unbearable as we came at the hottest time of the year. No wifi in the room meant we had to do our logistics planning in the restaurant in the same building, just incovenient. Other than that, we will come back in a heartbeat! "

We enjoyed days out in surrounding villages and towns, there are too many nice ones to name individually but we particularly enjoyed Scanno, Pacentro and Sulmona.Abruzzo really is a beautiful region and we will definitely return to this property.
