Historic home one block from Main Street

This is a quant historic (1820) home just off of Main street in the village of Williamsville. The accommodation is all on the ground floor with one double bedroom, 2 porches and backyard patio (upstairs is not in use as owner uses the house part time, but not when it is rented, you will have the downstairs to yourself).

Although close to the action it is set in a quiet neighborhood, flanked by a beautiful cemetery to the front and a duck pond to the side. Walking distance to a choice of restaurants, bars and the entrance to Glen Park with it's beautiful waterfall is just steps away.

Steps to Main street with around 10 restaurants, 3 breweries, 2 ice cream parlors and countless shopping opportunities. The entrance to Glen Park and Amherst State Park are steps away with walking trails for dog walking and a river for fishing opportunities.

*Please note the bathroom is off of the kitchen. The owner lives here when it is not rented so you will see some some personal effects*

Great visit
We had a wonderful 3 week visit with family. Enjoyed the walks around town. Tess was a great host and responded quickly with any concerns we had.
