"Stayed with my partner and dog. The house is great. What really sold it for us was the fully fenced yard for our dog, was perfect. The house backs right onto the lake with access and a walking trail. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side so we couldn’t do much outdoors, but the cards and board games kept us occupied. Could do with more lounge style seating upstairs. We had no bedside tables in our room. "The staff were really good. We were allocated a very average room and when I called reception they did the best they could you relocate us. Still not great but definitely better. Beaches restaurant had changed their menu from a week prior which was disappointing. We are very regular stayers and would like to be recognised regularly not just when we book multiple rooms. We go with hotels.com as their reward program is more immediate and flexible even tho I am a gold IHG member"
