Our family apartment is located in a newly built beach hotel, in its building A, on the 3rd floor. There is a 24/7 reception on the ground floor of the house, which is constantly available to our guests. There is also an underground garage in the house, and we can provide parking free of charge upon separate arrangement. The apartment overlooks Dob Street, and one of the most interesting murals typical of the district can be seen directly from the terrace. The apartment consists of 3 residential units: - Hallway-living room-kitchen-dining area- Bedroom- Bathroom and WC. The apartment is entirely at the guests' disposal. If required, we can provide several, even adjacent, identical or different types of accommodation. Our guests can use the inner garden, where they can enjoy the downtown sunshine in a well-kept garden environment, in calm, quiet conditions, if the weather permits. The apartments of the condominium have a central cooling and heating system, ensuring comfortable and safe relaxation. Heating is provided by radiators, cooling is provided by fan coil type equipment. (The fan coil system cannot be used for heating, only cooling.) The radiators have thermostatic valves in each room, which allow the room temperature to be individually regulated within the provided temperature range. In the summer, we start the air conditioning before our guests arrive, and we recommend that guests leave it running continuously during their stay. The efficiency of the air conditioning can be significantly improved if the motorized shutters are lowered during the day, when they are not in the apartment. The apartment can comfortably accommodate a maximum of 4 people, and we prepare it for the number of people listed in the reservation. The sofa bed in the living room is made into a bed if we discuss it with the guests. If it is not inconvenient to make a bed in the evening in terms of saving space, then the bedding is prepared in the wardrobe. The bedroom has a 160cmX200cm French bed and a huge wardrobe with hangers, which can also be used for storing suitcases. Next to the beds, there is a bedside table with a reading lamp and a connector, from which you can charge your phone or tablet without any problems. The iron and ironing board, as well as the drying rack, are placed in the bedroom wardrobe. The bathroom has a comfortable shower cabin for guests, as well as a mirror with a counter and lighting. The bathroom has a washer-dryer and a hairdryer. The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
