"The home was nice. Very clean and loved the setup, the decorations, especially the kitchen. Great job to the owners that maintain the home and spruced it up for guests to stay. The only negative about the place was no washer dryer setup. My recommendation for this home is to add a wooden cutting board and a blender for the cooks out there (I’m a traveling private chef)."

"We had a great getaway for three days. The pictures and description don’t do the place justice. A great cabin to relax and reconnect. Just sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch with a coffee, a canoe trip on the river and sitting by the fire place was everything we needed. Skip was a great host and responded right away, making sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend anytime - 4x4 is recommended when rainy :-) Thank you for a great stay!"

"My sister and I took our 95 year old mother away for a few days. April’s home was so bright and comfortable. We spent almost all of our time there playing cards and games. I cooked most of our meals there and it was just an overall great home away from home. We already booked again for my nephew’s wedding in July. Thank you April!"

"The apartment's location is fabulous - a short walk to the River, restaurants and shopping. The apartment has a nice kitchen and comfy beds. Two window units and dehumidifier keep the space cool. "Traveling for a wedding in the Springfield neighborhood of Jacksonville. We needed a comfy place to rest our heads in between wedding events and gathering with friends. This place is more affordable than the big hotels on the river, and the bed is very comfortable. The host was very responsive and we had a very good stay."

"Dawn was great with very fast response! The house was perfect and just what I needed to host my daughter's graduation gathering and hosting family. Only thing is the neighbors are very nosy and called the sheriffs 3 times about my gathering between the hours of 7pm-730pm, which was not very pleasant because no one was loitering in front of residence or hanging outside and everyone parked on one side not blocking driveways. Nor was the music super loud. Other than that everything was great!"

The welcoming staff was amazing and super pleasant. This place knocks it out of the park! I couldn’t be more pleased. "I recently stayed at this budget-friendly hotel while attending a concert, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome right away. They provided helpful information about parking and local dining options, as well as details about the Wi-Fi. Though the surrounding area seemed a bit run-down, we felt safe throughout our stay. The hotel was equipped with cameras for added security, and we appreciated the presence of families, which created a friendly atmosphere. Conveniently located, there was a Mega Walmart right across the street, and a delicious Mexican restaurant next door. We also discovered a fantastic Thai restaurant just down the block. Our room was clean, odor-free, and featured a super comfortable bed, a mini fridge, and a microwave. The bathroom had liquid soap and shampoo/conditioner, covering all the essentials. At a price range of just $33-$49, it was an incredible value for the quality we received. My fiancé and I, both in our 40s, highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an affordable stay without sacrificing comfort. "
