"What an incredible experience! From the moment my husband and I arrived, we were greeting with overwhelming hospitality - it felt like we were pulling up to a loving family members house - that’s how welcome we felt! Our room was so lovely, and the food and wine at the resort was outstanding. My husband and I enjoy sleeping in a bit on vacation and the restaurant called us every morning to ask us if we wanted breakfast delivered to our room as they realized we hadn’t come down. Absolutely amazing attention to detail! The grounds are absolutely spectacular and the views are just stunning! Incredible place - we will be back! "

"Elegant hotel in a great location but lacking in amenities. Also, the pictures online are deceiving as they give the impression that the Salla delle Feste is the grand entrance when in fact it is situated away from the lobby and it was closed for repairs. "

"My favorite stay on our honeymoon in Italy! They even gave us with a free upgrade to a suite. I loved this hotel and only regret that we didn’t stay longer. The whole property was gorgeous and I loved hearing nothing but nature during the day. Their breakfast buffet was pretty great too. Would love to come in the summer so I could enjoy the pool but walking through their olive groves was lovely still. They have a lot of outdoor seating that would make a perfect spot to read a book. We ate at their restaurant for dinner and it was delicious! It is about a 15 minute car ride from the city center though so I wouldn’t recommend walking there (unless you are fine with a 35-40 min walk but there is a bus stop a 4 minute walk away from the hotel that’s convenient if you want to make a trip into town if you don’t have a car. I did pick this hotel though because I wanted a little getaway from the town center but not too far and this was perfect. The staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Would definitely love to visit again and would recommend to anyone visiting Siena! "

"Staff was very proficient in English for the most part, with excellent communication and professional in service through and through. Restaurant on site was elegant with good variety of menu items, though a little pricey as expected. Quality of food was above average but not excellent as expected. Drive to this monastery was fairly easy with surrounding village somewhat accommodating in amenities and conveniences. Keep in mind you would need a car throughout your stay here. Siena is 10 minutes away by car, a must see for at least one day. "
