"I love the location. The hotel is ok. We booked 2 days. We arrived on the 31st and left on the 2nd of Jan. New Years eve the hotel has a private party and a private dinner for people who made reservations. At night around 11pm I went outside and took pictures because the view is amazing. As I go back inside, I'm not sure if thats a security guard, I didn't ask. He stopped and interrogated me for entering the hotel saying theres a private party going on and it's for guests only. "Easily accessible and family room was quite big. Bed was so comfortable as well. "

"Very conveniently located next to the Sihicity mall with access to trams and trains. Attached restaurant is excellent. Note that the fitness center is located on the 4th floor of the mall, which makes for a chilly 30 second jog outside during winter. That can be good or bad depending how you look at it!"

"Loved the property and staff. My room was large with a nice sized balcony. The problem was that the room was way too hot and the a/c didn’t pump out cold air. I had to sleep with the balcony door open, which let in all the street noise. "

"The property was beautiful and the room was designed so impressively. The furnishings and details were absolutely lovely. We especially liked the balcony with a view of the lake. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Excellent stay in a nice and busy part of Zurich."
