"Truly lovely hotel. Pool is amazing. Very convenient location for shopping. The only drawbacks were the extreme firmness of the bed and the really noisy elevator announcements that go on all night. I had ear plugs so wasn’t overly bothered by the latter. Kitchen is very well equipped with a full size fridge/freezer and the coffee machine is a lovely luxury. "

And after a day of hectic shopping and touring, look forward to returning to this safe and comfortable place for a recharge. There is a gym on the 4th floor of you aren't walked out yet. "5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"Rather disappointing. Lots of space in this apartment style hotel but fittings were basic and everything rather 'tired'. Online check-in a real trial and rather pointless. Not much in the immediate area although only a 10 minute walk to Salford quays. Take care with security. My motorcycle was stolen 5 minutes after I arrived while checking in. Owners very unhelpful re. CCTV.... I know the theft wasn't the hotel's fault - just advising care in the surrounding area."

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."
