「On the whole we enjoyed our stay in this lovely old hotel in a beautifully appointed room The staff were extremely pleasant and eager to please.(especially the Venezualan barman, receptionist,and spanish waitress) however the meal on our last night in the restaurant was spoiled by a 25 minute wait for our pudding. Obviously not enough staff either in the dining room or kitchen - not their fault ,.」

「The evening meal was was expensive but good. The wine prices were prohibitive. We only wanted glasses from the per glass list but bought a bottle which was good but the per glass price was obviously designed to make us do that. We dined elsewhere on the remaining two nights of our stay. Breakfast was excellent.」

「The staff were lovely, only small issue lied in the layout of the room with there being no plugs by the bed unless you dive under the mattress which was near impossible, and no holder for the soap or toilet roll, these are small quality of life changes which could be fixed super easily! Other than that, the room was lovely with a gorgeous garden view and we were made to feel very welcome, really recommend the spa facilities 」

「Quaint cottage and staff were polite. The room we stayed in was nice and bright. There was a very bad damp problem in the en suite especially above the shower, not just on the ceiling but the shower sealant was all black and the bottom of the shower door had not even been cleaned of all the mould. The shower was very powerful and water hot. Skirting of the bedroom was missing exposing the gap between floor and ceiling. Although there was radiator heating the thermostat was loose and difficult...

「I treated my mom to a weekend away at New Forest last weekend and we stayed at Cottage Lodge Hotel - the room was amazing, super clean and fantastically maintained. The hosts were super sweet and kind. The breakfast was exceptional!! A lot of information for routes around the forest and information for the village and nearby towns. We both look forward to returning back - I really can’t recommend this place enough. We loved absolutely everything!」

「キッズフレンドリーの快適な滞在ができました。庭にはトランポリンやプレイグラウンド、サッカーゴールなどがあり、プールも室内、屋外にあり、また館内も至るところ子供の注意を引くものが置いてありました。時間指定の予約制ですがキッズクラブもあり(無料)、子供は滞在をとても楽しむことができました。私達ものんびりとリラックスできました。部屋も掃除がゆき届き快適で、バスタブも大きく湯量も多く、大変満足のいく滞在ができました。翌日は近くの町でレンタサイクルをし、充実の休日を過ごせました。」

「シャンクリンのオールドビレッジから徒歩数分。ホテルに車を置いてオールドビレッジを観光できる立地は素晴らしい。ホテルからは海が一望でき、晴れた日は心が洗われるような景色を楽しむことができる。レセプションの応対はあたたかく親切で満足できる水準。一方でレストランは平均並みの味・サービスレベルでとりたてて良いとは言えない。ディナーはホテルではなくパブや町のレストランで食べるのも選択肢になるだろう。エンターテインメントは子供向けの遊び場やプレイステーションが充実しており、小さいお子様連れには便利。プールもアウトドア、インドア両方完備されている（ただし設備は少し古い）。」

「We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...
