"Superb family-run boutique hotel with amazing hospitality, pool and views. Staff were all very helpful and friendly, and Paolo, the owner was engaging, accommodating and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was among the best and most complete. The daily guided hike was a nice surprise on our trip and Mauricio was an excellent leader. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled another booking to add 3 days. "

"Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "

Any of these events on a stand-alone would not have bothered us, but put together they left an unpleasant feeling. "nice hotel located near the Moena center. Great selection for breakfast, tiny swimming pool and very small gym (too smal for more than 1 user if you are not a fan of feeling the strangers breath on your neck). "Our stay was delightful, definitely we would come back again. The hotel is amazing, is clean, the breakfast has a lot of options, and if you are travelling early they will prepare your breakfast for take away. The rooms are very comfortable, the views are amazing to the mountains. Is a hotel perfect for couples, families, solo travelers. Is close to many places of interest like restaurants , the city center, coffee shops, shops, and the cable car. Easy to find from the train station. Looking forward to come again ☺️"

"Me and my partner recently stayed at My Arbor. The room was exceptionally spacious, featuring a delightful balcony that offered breathtaking views of the valley. The hotel itself is stunning with modern in design and impeccably clean. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness, professionalism, and unwavering availability. Both breakfast and dinner were delightful, offering a wide array of choices, each dish more delicious than the last. Opting for the half-board option is highly recommended. A short walk through the woods leads to the cable car station, providing easy access to the slopes—a perfect setup for skiing enthusiasts. Unfortunately, the room was occasionally a bit cold, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable throughout the stay. Despite these minor inconveniences, My Arbor offers a unique and memorable experience. I look forward to returning and hope to see improvements in room temperature control and internet connectivity! "

"Location is quite good, 5-8 minutes to town. Good price for room and half board. Room is clean and comfortable with old furniture. Bathroom is small. Room could be upgraded with modern renovation. Service is good in reception and restaurant. Dinning room is nice and pleasant. "

Great stay in Bolzano

"We stayed here for 2 nights to visit the Dolomites. The accommodation is well located in the centre of Bolzano on a street with lots of shops and restaurants. It was around 10min walk from the main train station which we did easily with our luggage. We had 2 different room types for 5 adults, one with a lovely big balcony and the other was big enough for 3 adults. The rooms themselves were modern, large and clean. There was enough space in both rooms for all of our luggage and for us to congregate (have a wine and snacks) all together. The bathrooms were also really spacious and clean. Tho r surrounding area was full of shops, restaurants and there was a supermarket one or two shops down from the hotel. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a central base in Bolzano. "
