"The spa room was perfect. Lovely and quiet. The buffet breakfast was lovely too…although I do enjoy baked beans with my sausage..egg and bacon lol..not a complaint..just missed those at the buffet breakfast 😊😉. Staff were super friendly. I’d recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Amsterdam central is easily accessible with the train station so close to the hotel. "

"I was only there for one night. A lovely hotel. I just wish I had, had the time to try the facilities. My only issue was the marshmallow pillows. Even with 2 they were far too soft. I resorted to using the cushions, supplied."

"Very nice, if somewhat dated rooms. Old furniture with heavily stained desk chair. Ample free parking, friendly staff, decent breakfast and of course the wonderful neighbourhood. I would definitely stay again, but probably in a better quality room."

"I stayed in the apartments they are a 5 minute walk from the main hotel and Hilversum Train Station and shops the number 5 bus stops close by. The apartment was very nice and in very good condition. Public transport is very cheap so you can save a lot travelling to the tourist destinations from Hilversum."

"I really enjoyed the hotel. The staff was friendly, it was new and bright. The rooms were very nice, with all the items you would expect in a hotel room. The only thing that some people might not like is the location. It doesn't have a shuttle from the airport, however, it is close to the airport. "I always love staying at the CitizenM Schiphol. Just a short walk to the airport terminal, and also easy to get to Amsterdam Centraal station (just a short train ride away). Most of all, the staff at this hotel are excellent--all so friendly and cordial. Notably, I always have the best treatment from Rafaela, Valentina, and Leandro. "

"Excellent stay! Great price for such a luxurious hotel. Was hesitant about it being far from the center but it is across the street from the Metro stop and only a couple stops into the different neighbourhoods to explore (and 6 to centraal). Very convenient, clean and has the coziest beds!! Will stay here again next time I visit. Also loved the free drink voucher if you choose go green at checkout as the bar is lovely! "

"Great location. Walking distance to many sites. Public transportation is right out front for quicker access. Lots of shopping and food choices. Close to the central station but not too close. Nice to have the wine hour before dinner. Hot chocolate in the lobby was nice as well "
