"The view was amazing and the proximity to the lifts was probably as good as you can get. However, the location advertises “free off site parking” which upon arrival we found is just parking in the town square and walking 10 mins back up to the hotel or paying for parking at the lifts. We opted to pay where it seemed to be 10 euro a day. Other than that, it was a really great stay. "

"The location of this hotel is amazing, on days when it's snowed, you can easily ski the 100 yrds to the slopes and chair lifts, when not, well it's certainly walkable, they had great skiing facilities, hiring in hotel which we'd expect, but lockers with built in drying facilities for your gloves & boots which were great and came as part of your room deal, the hotel was a little tired, but I think that was mainly caused by guests walking about in ski boots, although repeatedly asked not to, and...

"My son and I had an amazing 19 days at the hotel and every day was perfect. The staff took such good care of us. They were all very friendly and helpful and fun. The room was exceptional. "Overall fantastic - views are second to none. The hiking around the area is unreal and it’s great to be there before the first train and tourists descend. Dinner was amazing and servers were extremely attentive. Only feedback is that for the price they could have proper coffee machines in the room! Small thing but in other cheaper hotels there were real coffee machines whereas this was cheap sachets… with nothing else around it would be nice to have a proper coffee. Everything else was amazing...
