This modern and attractively furnished residence comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, plus 1 baby, making it perfect for families and dog lovers alike. On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a convenient toilet, and a bedroom featuring two large single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). The newly renovated open kitchen is well-equipped with a four-burner gas stove, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven-microwave combi, coffee makers, and a kettle. The living area boasts a large dining table with 6 chairs, an extra fridge-freezer combi, two sofas, a radio/CD player, and a flat screen smart TV. Complimentary wireless internet (WIFI) is available, along with a selection of board games for entertainment. Upstairs, the holiday home includes a bathroom with a sink, mirror, shower, and toilet, along with two bedrooms. One bedroom is decorated with a beach theme and features a double bed (two mattresses of 90 cm x 200 cm), while the other bedroom, adorned with a lighthouse theme, offers two large single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). For families with young children, a cot, high chair, changing mat, and stair gate are provided. Sliding doors in the living room open to a spacious garden of approximately 400 m², featuring a large terrace with a wind screen, a sizable lawn, and full fencing for privacy and safety. The garden is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a picnic table. A storage room in the garden includes a washing machine and dryer combi. Schoneveld 184 is within walking distance to the sea and beach, with nearby beach pavilions, the Breskens lighthouse, and the Waterdunen bird counting post. The charming center of Breskens, with its shops, restaurants, and marina, is a short bike ride away.
