"Overall compared to my other accommodation experiences - this one was great. Breakfast was high quality and large in variety. Staff is professional and someone was available to help even at 3am. I would say the minor issues could have been due to how old the building was- like the hand held shower not working, the bede in the washroom not releasing, the cupboard with motor getting stuck, the shower corner had some questionable dark matter which I think may be due to humidity or moisture. "Such a great place, lovely area and the staff is very warm and friendly. My husband forgot his Canada Goose jacket and called from the airport and they were so willing to help and ship to NY! A block from Duomo, around the corner are shops and cafes. Cleaning service was daily and plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend this place."
