Welcome to our Beach House! Enjoy the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer! The Beach House is situated on beautiful Dyes Inlet in an area called Chico Bay, a part of Puget Sound. Enjoy stunning 180-degree waterfront views, easy access to the private beach, water sports, bird/sea-life watching, fishing (2 salmon runs), clam digging, kayaking, paddleboarding and hot tub! This luxurious waterfront home accommodates up to 16 guests and offers an array of amenities for an unforgettable stay:

With over 5000 square feet of blissful living area, the Beach House offers something for everyone. All view bedrooms have king beds and brand-new large screen smart TVs with all the latest streaming services available. Most bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The gorgeous, oversized master bedroom suite comes with its own private covered deck to treat guests to a spectacular view, rain or shine. The equally spacious master bathroom includes a Kohler steam shower which doubles as a wet sauna. Large windows over each sink ensure guests don't lose sight of the breathtaking water views. A Kohler cast iron tub invites guests to indulge in a luxurious, relaxing bath surrounded by windows overlooking the bay. For those needing a place for work, the private office adjacent to the master bedroom provides ample desk space along with inspiring views of the water. High-speed gigabit WiFi is provided throughout the home and surrounding outdoor areas.

The main house has 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and can accommodate 12 people sleeping comfortably. The attached apartment above the garage has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed and accommodates up to 4 people. The main house has two bedrooms on the main floor. There is a bathroom and shower on the main floor. There is also a bathroom and shower in the basement next to the game room. There is a large laundry room on the main floor. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Each of the second-floor bedrooms has their own en suite bathroom and shower.

Play arcade games, pool or foosball in the game room, basketball in the driveway, or ping- pong in the garage. A separate apartment complete with its own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry provides additional space.

The gourmet chef's kitchen with double oven provides all the necessities for preparing meals large or small. The enormous multi-level view deck includes a 6-person hot tub with a front-row seat of gorgeous Chico Bay and a patio area with an outdoor hot-water shower. Along with a large natural gas barbecue grill, it's a perfect way to enjoy a meal outdoors. Relax by either of two fire pits, one wood-burning, the other propane with a built-in table.

The home is located just minutes from downtown Silverdale with popular restaurants, big box stores like Costco and Target and an 8-screen movie theater. In equally nearby Bremerton, you can explore the Puget Sound Navy Museum or the USS Turner Joy Naval Destroyer Museum.

Additionally, the Beach House is just 90-minute drive from Seattle, 3 hours from Vancouver, BC or Portland, Oregon, and close enough for day trips to local favorite places such as Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula, Anacortes, Sequim, and Bainbridge Island. There's enough to satisfy even the most adventurous guest. For guests unfamiliar with the Pacific Northwest, you'll have easy access to some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.

Amazing house beautiful area
Beautiful home, such comfortable rooms. The views are amazing. The hosts spoil you with a gift basket, wine, coffee and tea. They provide kayaks and a stand up paddle board which our family really enjoyed, and tools to dig up clams- which are plentiful! The landscaping was so lush, hydrangeas and lavender, it was really hard tp leave after a week. We have stayee at many wonderful homes but everyone agreed that this was our favorite home.

Great Home for Gathering
This beach house was the perfect spot for our family to celebrate our parents’ anniversary! The open living room/dining room/kitchen and expansive deck gave us plenty of space to gather, and all of the well-appointed bedrooms accommodated everyone comfortably at night. We thoroughly enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding, s’mores at the fire pit, and watching seals pop up in the water off the coast. Dan and Ally were attentive hosts and made us feel very welcome in their beautiful home!

Again Magnificent!
This is the second year we’ve had our family reunion here, and we can’t say enough about this beautiful home, the location overlooking the bay, and our wonderful Vrbo owner. Everything is well thought out and considerate to guests’ comfort and experience, from the well-stocked kitchen to the bathroom amenities. A fabulous place to gather

Exceptional Vacation Rental Experience
One word I think of to describe the Chico Bay Beach House -- AMAZING. It has the most incredible view, the nicest furnishings, every amenity imaginable and some you wouldn't even think of. Basically it looks exactly as shown on the VRBO site -- stunning! The owners have been perfect to work with, and that has been much appreciated.

Beautiful home in Bremerton!
We had an absolutely incredible time at this fabulous house on the beach, the perfect long weekend getaway. We went with family friends and our kids, and it couldn't have been a better time. The house is beautiful, immaculately clean, with gorgeous views. The kids enjoyed the game room, playing ping pong, hide and seek, and hanging in the apartment, while the parents enjoyed the spacious comfortable digs. This place has so much to offer, no matter the season. We will definitely be back!

Annual family getaway
Our extended family of 12 (including grown children) enjoyed our stay at this property. The accommodations were comfortable and clean, with lots of room for lounging, loafing, gathering, cooking and sleeping. Even though the site is close to the Seattle metro area, the waterfront house location feels secluded and separate from urban life, while still being close enough for convenient access to many nearby shopping, recreation and tourist opportunities.

The home that has it all!
This home couldn't be more beautiful. From the large driveway and garage, to the large comfortable bedrooms, to the many restrooms to spread out and use, to the game room for those lightly rainy days, to the large kitchen that opens up to the living room. And the back yard, the backyard! The use is space well thought out on each level. We used it all! The clams were so easy to get because there were so many! Not one bad thing to say or critique about the house. We made some amazing memories. Thank you for opening your home up to our family. Forever thankful!

We all loved staying at this property! The home is beautiful and great for entertaining groups, whether the group all wants to be together of find some quiet time in the various nooks around the property. Beach House Beauty
The home is well maintained and located right on the Puget Sound with beautiful long range views. Harbor seals, Bald Eagles and Canada Geese were daily visitors. We enjoyed kayaking right from our backyard. We also took several day trips and the home is centrally located with easy access to Mt. Olympic and Mt. Rainer National Park and a fun ferry ride over to Seattle. Costco and tons of shopping are only 4 miles away.

Fun Family Vacay
We had the best time at The Beach House! Dan and Ally made their home so warm and inviting. It was the perfect place and space to host multiple families. The view is absolutely spectacular!! The kids had a blast looking for crabs and kayaking in the bay, playing basketball in the driveway, and the games in the basement kept them entertained for hours! There was plenty of space for everyone to eat meals, play games, etc. It was honestly the perfect week!

Beautiful home with spectacular views and landscaping.
This beautiful home offers 6 very large and comfortable bedrooms including a separate apartment above the garage. The master suite is enormous and has a balcony overlooking the water. My family and I enjoyed the large multi-level deck and the breakfast bar in particular. Dan and Ally were terrific hosts and went out of their way to order and send a bluetooth speaker so we could play peaceful background music during our stay. Very responsive and their attention to detail is second to none!

Wow Factor!!
We had an incredible week in this beautiful home spending time with our extended family. The home is absolutely stunning! From the incredible views to the nice furnishings. Everything was just perfect. The home is perfectly appointed with everything you need to cook meals. Every room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The master has major wow factor. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive to any questions we had! We loved kayaking and paddle boarding around or sitting on the several expansive decks or by the fire pits soaking in the beautiful views. We would absolutely stay here again! highly recommend!!

Perfect!
Family of 8 here (plus 2 grandparents). We absolutely LOVED this rental. The house was spotless, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. The views from the living room and dining area/kitchen are incredible. The easy access to the beach at low tide is great…the kids loved finding crabs and skipping rocks on our walks. There is a good supply of board games in addition to the arcade game in the basement. Our family really needed to pull away for some peace and connection and I couldn’t have asked for a better atmosphere. We don’t often visit the same rental twice, as we love to explore new places, but we’d all love to come back to this one.
