"Over all it is a nice place, but not quiet enough. Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. "We were given good information prior to check-in and everything went smoothly. The apartment is huge and very clean. We made use of the cooking facilities and the washing machine. The shower had plenty of hot water. The heated towel rack did not get warm and the toilet leaks and the flush button needs to be pressed a few times as it gets stuck and water keeps flowing into the toilet. "Very interesting place, amazing view of the Bratislava castle from the terrace up top. We were visiting in the cold of the winter but in the summer the upper terrace would be top notch to enjoy a cocktail or a bottle of wine. Spacious downstairs area with a winding narrow staircase that leads to the bedrooms upstairs.Thanks Ivan for all the recommendations in the city!"

"I had a bit of an issue getting access, but the owner was very responsive and professional. Problem got resolved without any hassle. The property is very well maintained and very conveniently located for my trip. Coffee shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and local transportation are within walking distance. "Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel. All staff attentive, polite in background unless you need them. Location was great aswell only 5-10 min walk to old town"

"Great hotel, perfect for the old town, just across the road. We stayed two nights and had a slight issue with the keycard. The receptionist was very helpful in gettingbit fixed, advised us on places to visit and gave us a small bonus. The breakfast available was outstanding, fruits, freshly made omelettes, all the standard items. Plus sparkling wine if needed! "

"Made whole experience amazing rooms were great - if a little bit warm at night. Restaurant had good atmosphere chillled even tho really busy food was decent as well. Small touches including noticing it was my wife’s birthday and leaving little gift in room showed how thoughtful staff are and gives the hotel a ‘family run’ feel even tho a smart bigger hotel.
