Discover the convenience of this first-floor, easily accessible 2-bedroom/2-bath condo located in the Fall Creek Resort. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed. Enjoy a cozy common area with comfortable seating and dining arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher.

This condo provides a relaxing retreat with a flat-screen TV, cable, and WIFI in the living room and each bedroom. From the covered patio and backyard, you can enjoy a stunning view of Lake Taneycomo, observing boats, canoes, and wildlife in a tranquil setting. Fall Creek Marina is just a 7-minute stroll away, offering boat rentals and nearby trailer storage. The marina also allows fishing for a nominal daily fee. We stay at this condo about twice a year for generally a week or so. We enjoy our stay each time. I do have to say this time the condo smelled a bit like cigarette smoke. It was not a strong smell but as neither my wife or myself are smokers we immediately were aware of the smell. We went to the store and purchased some air freshener. Overall we had a great time staying there.
