"Splendid little place high on the hill behind Chinas with huge views. Really welcoming, handy little private garden with our room, good pool at a comfortable temperature. Food was good simple family cooking but very well executed. We have eaten in more expensive places in the region but sometimes after a long drive something non-challenging is just what the dr ordered. Lots of wine for sale and the well stocked fridges in the room were at cellar door prices. What not to like? We will...

"Fabulous hotel in the heart of Burgundy. I stayed in the annexe, just around the corner from the hotel, but in a quiet street. The room was amazing, I sat room, really comfortable bed, separate room with sofa and tv, amazing shower room with separate toilet. Dinner was superb, the cuisine is outstanding, a great wine list - and the owners are so friendly. It’s a great place to walk around and I’d definitely like to go again. Thank you for a brilliant stay. "

The rooms are clean, the staff are pleasant but there are just too many problems with the rooms. This time the air conditioning didn't work so there was a fan in the room, there was a stron smell of smoke. "Very disappointed to find no lift in Hotel, we both have mobility issues, which made us basically room bound, as we were on 2nd floor. room was very poorly maintained, painted wall were very poorly done, by amateurs by the looks of it. Electrical wires were not secure to the wall in stairwell. paper cups for Tea and Coffee were so flimsy, and small, when hot they basically went vet soft, and were dangerous to handle. Avoid this place like the plague."

"This place is a no frills budget hotel and I knew that when I booked it so I can’t really complain. But a few little things could have been done better. When we arrived there was no one to check us in. The machine didn’t recognise our reservation… we were in a bit of a panic and nearly had to call Expedia… however thankfully a lady arrived and gave us our key card!
