Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, and Anna Maria Island may be reached in about 15 minutes. Sarasota Airport, IMG, art galleries, Lido Key, Longboat Key, museums, theaters, 2 hours from Disney World Orlando, Marie Selby Botanical Garden, and Marina Jacks are all within 15-20 minutes!

This cozy, three-bedroom house comfortably accommodates families or groups. There is a full kitchen, three bathrooms, and private access. Enjoy this tranquil neighborhood location; it's only a short distance to most of Ana Maria Island's iconic beaches, a quick drive to and from Sarasota Airport, and easy access to all the amenities of Bradenton. This is a great set up for couples, large families, or for a quick business trip. An absolutely perfect get-away. We provide Wi-Fi, a workspace, free parking, a full kitchen with all kinds of cooking utensils, salt and seasoning, central air conditioning and heating, a ceiling fan, hair dryer, shampoo, towels, washcloths, and an iron. For entertainment and relaxation, there is a 70" smart TV , which is great to use when you just want some time to relax and watch TV after your long, adventurous days in Bradenton (please note we do not have any cable).This versatile space offers countless possibilities, whether you prefer savoring a cup of coffee in the morning, immersing yourself in a jacuzzi, or delighting in the company of friends and family. Enjoy a year round jacuzzi in a fully fenced backyard that provides the ultimate privacy and don't miss the next beach sunset! Quiet and peaceful while being a block away from Cortez Road, which offers plenty of places to dine or enjoy a drink. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT GUESTS WILL NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THE GARAGE AS IT IS BEING USED AS A GUESTHOUSE AND IS COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT OF THE MAIN HOUSE.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM everyday. If you need a home where you can party, play loud music, or make a lot of noise, we regret to inform you that this is NOT the home for you and we CANNOT host you. We reserve the right to remove loud guests from the property should we hear complaints from the neighbors.

Came with my family to enjoy a few days away from the east coast of FL- check in was a breeze and the house was perfect. Host went above and beyond with the small details you might not think of in the bathroom kitchen and around the house. Towels were in abundance which is amazing. We meet the host and he was absolutely the sweetest and made us feel like family. We will be back!!!

We were so impressed by all the amenities (shampoo, soaps, dish detergent, laundry detergent, hair ties, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrella… everything! Home is spotless and beautiful. The owner was very attentive and kind. Recommend Bean Point Beach… 30 minute drive but No Crowds! Chrystal clear water, powdered sugar sand, absolute perfection!!!

This is a very nice place about 5 miles from Anna Maria Island. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and a short drive to the island and the beaches. Host has a binder with just about everything you need to know about the house and the area, including places of interest. A great place to stay!

We spent Thanksgiving at Palmas de Lucia. The house was super clean, decorated nicely, and well stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having 3 bedrooms AND 3 baths is a big plus. Maykel responded promptly to all of our questions, a great host. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Place To Stay
This was my first VRBO rental and Maykel’s property was perfect. The home is clean, up-to-date, and comfortable. Maykel greeted us and responded immediately to my novice questions (since this was my first VRBO)! Three full bedrooms and three full baths was a bonus and my twin daughters enjoyed having their own spaces to relax! The property is less than 10 minutes from IMG Academy (we were there for a lacrosse tournament) as well as 15 minutes to Coquina Beach. We know we will be hoping to book this home next year since we know we will be back for another tournament!

Everything was very clean and a lot of supplies were provided as far as toiletries go. The house is very open and spacious. A good neighborhood and close to the beach. Maykel greeted us and was very pleasant during our stay. Highly recommend this house for a home away from home.

Great house that's well equipped with almost anything you can possibility need for a beach vacation.
First impression of this house was that it's been fully updated and and alot of thought was put into the remodel. If you are looking for a house that is only a 5 minute drive to the beach and close to grocery stores for convenience, this is the perfect place. We loved how there was 3 bedrooms and 3 separate bathrooms. Extremely clean and well stocked with almost anything you might need. You will find hidden gems such as beach gear in the outside locker, boogie boards for use on the patio, bikes and helmets for an evening ride and so much more. Will definitely stay here again when we return.
