We thought we had a bed not a bed settee, we thought there was a fully fitted kitchen, there wasn't, we thought we could use the lake, we couldn't as it was closed, I expressly asked ..."

"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call.
