"It was a quick and simple check-in. Miss Jazzy, the front desk person, had a wonderful personality, and she was very knowledgeable about the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was clean and well lit and just a pleasure to be in. At check -out, I would have liked to have gotten a receipt, as this was a business trip, but it was explained to me that I could not get one, since I booked through hotels.com. "It snowed the weekend we were there, but still enjoyed going down to the barn to spend time with the horses. They are amazing. Disappointed by the breakfast/meals that were included. We couldn't go far because of the snow, so we were limited and the meals were disappointing. Thank God they had snacks !!! The cook/ kitchen manager appeared to not want to be there and it was evident in the food she served and her general attitude (unwelcoming)."

"I saw previous reviews and was really worried, but there were no other hotels available nearby for my dates. I brought my own coffee maker, got a non-smoking room, and hoped for the best. It was fine! No bugs, clean sheets and towels, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and internet all worked fine. It was relatively quiet and an easy walk to everywhere I needed to go. "The gentleman working in the breakfast area was delightful! The fan in the room started rattling at 3 am. I was able to turn it off but it did disturb my sleep. The front desk was apologetic at check out and made a note to get it repaired."
