"Lots of information sent in advance about the building and all it and the area around it offers which was nice .Very close to Milano Central and area at Milano Central where the airport buses pick up . We were greeted and given instructions on using the key fob to enter and exit . We were shown to our room which included some welcome snacks and water and even toothbrushes and toothpaste! The room was much larger than I expected and very nice .Pleasant experience- would definitely stay here...

"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "

Just walking into the lobby of the Rosa Grand Milan we could tell we were in a better place. Beautiful hotel, exceptional service and amenities, and great location right next to the Duomo and Galleria. Only regret is we didn't plan more time to stay longer."

"Very beautiful property. Pretty close to the central station; close enough to walk, the luggage better have good wheels though. Did trip to Lugano/Como. Plenty of dinning options around. Metro underground right next to the hotel. Very friendly and accelerating receptionist - early check in. Housekeeping was deliver a s well. Had a wonderful stay. "

Incredible place to stay in an incredible city!

"This was our third stop on a family trip, and it has by far been the best part. "Great Hotel, we have stayed there a number of times now. It’s really close to the Central Station for easy transport in from the Airports (we usually use a bus which stops at the side of the central Station) but it’s also really close to the underground, a short ride on the M3 and you’re in the Centre of Milan. The hotel itself is clean and quiet with very good staff. Rooms are very good, from the basic room to the superior rooms, not done a suite yet, but they look good on the website. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a couple rather than a family. "
