The hotel appears to be undergoing renovation, at least from the outside. But our room was lovely and perfect for our family of 4. The staff was amazing, kind and helpful. The lobby was gorgeous too. The bathroom was a little small and a bit dated but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a San Marino molto bello e silenzioso All’ arrivo ci a accolto alla reception Alessandro che è stato molto disponibile e competente Si vede che sa fare il suo lavoro. L’unica nota negativa è che nella stanza era freddo Per come ci hanno spiegato che il riscaldamento è centralizzato e fino a che lo stato di San Marino non da l’ok non vengono accesi il riscaldamento Ci hanno fornito di coperte ma il giorno dopo ci siamo svegliati raffreddati Nel complesso siamo stati bene Le signore nella sala massaggi bravissime e competenti ci hanno regalato un ora di relax Le donne dei piani molto brave pulite e veloci a pulire le camere Sicuramente un hotel che consiglieremo

Ottima esperienza. Il personale merita una menzione speciale: sono stati tutti molto gentili e hanno assecondato ogni mia richiesta. In particolare il ragazzo più giovane che mi ha accolto al check in, che si è fatto in 4 per spiegarmi tutto nel dettaglio. L'hotel è bello sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Critiche costruttive: più attenzione ai dettagli nella pulizia, il manico del phon era pieno di peli. Tornerò se ci sarà occasione.
