"The staff was incredibly friendly and mostly had great follow through. We were a little bothered and surprised that we could not have a place to enjoy a glass of wine we had brought with my clients without paying huge corking fees. Also our room had a couple things not working - nothing major but we had to ask twice for it to be addressed. "Second time staying here. Did arrive in time to use the pool this time but still a good stay. Room had all we needed, was comfortable and clean.
