"We had a room with a pool balcony. The pool needed cleaning when we arrived and outside areas need refreshing and new paint. The staff were extremely helpful, pool was lovely and food was nice. However, the hotel is advertised as being on thr beach, but, the building is so far back that the tide is only out for 1 hour a day giving a tiny beach area, the rest of the time you have to access a dirty ladder that leads to the beach and use other properties facilities such as sunbeds if you want to spend any time on the beach"

"This was our 9th stay at Chaweng Regent and it will definately not be our last! Location is great. Central to the area making most locations walkable. The beach and pools are lovely. Staff are extremely friendly. We really enjoyed our yime at the pool bar...Jay was a great bartender! Breakfast has a large variety to choose from and rhe coffee bar was a great add aince the last time we were there. The grounds are continually being manicured and while the gym is on the small side it is more than adequate. We were very happy we received the room we requested and were extremely happy when we were granted a late check out due to out late flight. We had an amazing trip and cannot wait to return ."

"Great Resort…so good we stayed an extra night than originally planned. We had the family room with bunk beds that worked great, and were put in a fantastic location right in the middle of the resort. The Staff are incredibly friendly including the security guards that would alway greet us. Buffet breakfast was abundant with many options, even a kids section. Highly recommend"
