Extra guests after 8 is AU$30pp per night, must be approved by owner and need to provide own bedding.
If you are using a swag or tent, or caravan it must placed after the fire pit at the back of the yard, and must be approved by host.
Boat ramp is 1km from house, pub is at the back of the property but far enough away from the noise.
Ideal for one large family or two small families.

Bonnie Doon is a small village in Victoria, Australia. It is located on the Maroondah Highway, in the Shire of Mansfield., located168 kilometres north-east from Melbourne. At the 2016 census, Bonnie Doon township had a population of 570.
Bonnie Doon is a small town situated on the edge of Lake Eildon and is well-known these days as a holiday and weekend destination for waterskiers, trail bike riders, off-road four-wheel-drive enthusiasts and fishermen. Bonnie Doon is also famous as the location for the ultimate "serenity” in what has become Australia’s best known feature length comedy, “The Castle”.
The town centre has a variety of, service stations and cafes, providing the perfect opportunity to stay, refuel or stock up on supplies.
The Great Victorian Rail Trail passes over the Bonnie Doon Bridge crossing the Brankeet Arm of Lake Eildon. The bridge is 385 metres long and provides a great vantage spot to stop and watch activity on the lake. Bonnie Doon Station marks the location of the old railway station along the route.
