Cute Condo in Good Location
The condo is like the pictures. It is small, cute and in a good location. The room was a little dirty. We had several roaches in the room on our first two days. After that, there weren't any. The pools were nice. The location to the beach was great and across the street. There was some construction in the two buildings next to the one we were in, but it didn't really bother us. The view of the gulf from our room was a little deceiving as we were on the 2nd floor and could not really see much of it.

Perfect little getaway!
We really enjoyed our stay at Bonita Beach and Tennis! Our unit worked out perfectly for us and loved the beach just across the street. Great location!!

Good Location - Cheaply Furnished
This unit had a nice kitchen & bathroom however the furnishings for this place were either cheap or weren’t provided. The bed had no box springs so the bed was 15 inches off the floor. There were no wall hangings, there were no rugs or floor mats of any kind. The kitchen table was a glass top but the chairs were plastic and probably cost $10 a piece. The sofa was also cheap and something you’d find in a college dorm room. The refrigerator has no ice maker and the building has no ice machine. This place has potential but it’s furnished so cheaply. Very disappointed.

Great place near the beach and dining!
Great little place for a solo trip or with one other person (any more would be pushing it from a comfort perspective). Near some great places to eat like Jack’s and Doc’s, and the beach - all of which are a 5 minute walk. Great communication with the property manager. Easy check in. I found a lot of long dark hairs so cleaning could be a bit better (I’m blond) but otherwise was spotless. I’d stay again!
