Enjoy our centrally located 3 bedroom chalet, perfect for Vermont enthusiasts! We are nestled within the highly sought after community of Strattonwald in Winhall, VT and are 5 miles to Stratton and Bromley, 6.5 miles to Magic Mountain, 13 miles to Mount Snow and only 19 miles to Okemo! We are also centrally located to state parks, fishing, hiking and shopping. Our home has all of the classic chalet charm while providing you with modern amenities and comforts. Discover our family-friendly retreat while enjoying all the best Vermont has to offer!

So nice you might forget to leave the house
This is an extremely well laid out house for a family to enjoy. There is plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and find a nook to enjoy. And the fun old school video games made for great family fun. You are minutes from Stratton and yet you don't feel like you're bound to the ski world. They certainly put their attention on every detail---this is not a garage sale remodel.

Great stay overall at Kate's listing! She was very upfront and honest about the appliances and such that would not be working before booking which was great. The location was ~10 min drive from Stratton Mountain which was perfect for our weekend getaway! The only confusing/iffy area we had was with the checkout time/instructions listed in various places/communicated through messaging because it differed throughout. This made our departure a bit confusing (welcome book said checkout was 10am on one page, 11am on another, while Kate said it was 10am) Checkout requirements wise - booklet said we needed to completely strip the beds used and throw sheets in washer but Kate said just keep used beds unmade. If these instructions/ the info booklet were more concise and specified exactly what was needed that would help a ton! Otherwise, we had a great time at Kate's listing!
