Adjoining the owners' house, the Gîte du Ponteil is an old agricultural outbuilding made of local stone with pleasantly flowered outdoor spaces in the heart of a rural village.

The ground floor consists of a living room with equipped kitchen area opening onto a 25 m² terrace, a toilet with washbasin and a lounge (TV, pellet stove) fitted out below with a large bay window opening onto a closed terrace (18 m²).

Directly accessible from the outside, a bedroom (1 double bed) is also located on the ground floor and has a private bathroom with toilet.
