"The room was big and very well decorated, we liked the property and the service was nice. it is far from anywhere but that okay we stay for one night to relax and take the ferry next day, The dinner buffet was way expensive and not worth it at all. breakfast was great tho. I did enjoy the stay a bit pricey but I get it. "

"Fantastiskt ställe för den som föredrar lugn, natur & atmosfär, före lyx och flärd! Storfinansen parkliknande trädgård, i direkt anslutning till skog & natur. Stort fint rum, med kaffemaskin och allt. Mycket vänlig personal och riktigt bra frukost. "

"Das Hotel liegt zwischen Neuendorf und Vitte, die nächste Möglichkeit zu Einkauf oder Gaststättenbesuch ist 2,5 km entfernt. Wer sich daran nicht stört und gern läuft, ist in der Heiderose sehr gut aufgehoben. Für 17.50 EUR wird ein exzellentes Frühstück angeboten, das man jeden Tag neu vor Ort bestellen kann. Zur Anfahrt von der Fähre ins Hotel eignen sich die dort lagernden Handwagen hervorragend. Der Biergarten, den es mal gab und der auf Info-Blättern immer noch erscheint, existiert nicht...

"Absoluter Geheimtip! Eigentlich suchten wir nur eine nahe Übernachtungsmöglichkeit zu den Störtebeker Festspielen und sind durch Zufall auf dieses Hotel gestoßen. Das hat uns dann aber richtig geflasht! Die Ruhe, die Natur, das wunderschöne alte Herrenhaus, der Hotelpark und das umfangreiche Frühstück mit viel Selbstgemachtem und aus der Region. "Ich hätte schon stutzig werden müssen, als nur Innenaufnahmen des Ferienobjekts gezeigt wurden. Dann kam die Info mit Ferienhaus/Wohnung nächster Hinweis, der zudenken geben sollte. Aber was dann kam war schon heftig. Die Adresse per Telefon durchgesagt, gab es nicht, sie sei sogar falsch. Die Wohnung des alten FDGB Heims, die zwar sehr gut ausgestattet ist, ABER nach vorne zur Straße den Blick auf die Mülltonnen frei gab und nach hinten ist durch Oberlichter in der Küche gar kein Blick nach...

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz

"Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all. But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade. "
