「海外で五つ星以外のホテルはサービスも良くないし、スタッフの対応が好きになれないのだが、ここは値段も格安なのにスマートな対応で本当に満足した。 また、楽しんでもらおうとするホテルのイベントも、スタッフもエンターテイメントを分かってる!! ホテル内だけでも飽きさせない工夫がかなり施されているし、毎日時間があっという間に過ぎてしまった。夜のショータイムは参加すべき！ 日によってプールサイドでディナーできたり、本当に楽しいよ！ バーテンの人達もすぐに名前覚えていただけ、毎日声をかけてくれた。 部屋も清潔で広く快適！ あえて一つだけいうなら、シャワーヘッドが壊れていたことです。 それ以外は完璧!! ドミニカ共和国にきたらまた必ず泊まります！」

「Arrived and they were not expecting me, although I had emailed and called them. owner was not in town, didn't check in but was told I could stay in a room until owner returned, maybe tomorrow. room was small no windows, no towels, no toilet paper and on that first evening there was no water. no TV, no internet, no free breakfast. only thing that was as advertised was the air-conditioning. I moved out at noon on the second day to a real hotel. never did see owner or any staff. only locals trying...

「宿泊後、1日、スーツケースをあずけたのですが、 取りに行ったときの対応が、、なんか不快。 7キロのボストンバック、、、重くもないのに、引きずりながら、見えるとこまで引きだして、取りに来い。みたいな。洗面も汚い」
