「We have traveled to Dallas area a few times this year due to some medical issues my husband has had. This is the first time we have stayed at Towneplace Suites. I wish we had stayed here every time! The staff was so nice, the room was exactly what we needed. Loved the full-size fridge and coffee pot! Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. Location was easy to access. Didn't hurt that there is a grocery store and restaurants within walking distance! Will make this our "go-to" hotel...

「We arrived earlier than expected, before check-in. We were lucky enough to be able to check-in to one of our rooms early. Front desk staff was super helpful when we checked into the second room. (There were a couple issues.) Things were handled in a very friendly and quick manner. Front desk staff was also very helpful and accomadating while using the business center.」
