Family stay with sweet surprises

This location is perfect for a family of three or four. The property is well maintained so you get to enjoy all of it. The pool table never stopped getting use. The coziness made it perfect for a few days of hiding away.

Peaceful getaway

Love this cottage. So comfortable with big living area including huge fireplace and the pool table was so fun to play where we didn’t have to go downstairs or in a garage to use it. Bedrooms were very nice and accommodating. Kitchen was just right and had everything we could need. Hot tub was huge, clean and just the right temp. Overall, we didn’t want to leave and each night we couldn’t wait to get back to cottage to enjoy the peace.

A lovely quiet place.

This place was very nice for a quiet get away in the off season. We enjoyed the hot tub.The fireplace definitely warmed up the house! While not completely secluded there is space between the cabins. We barely noticed the "neighbors" we did have. We can't wait to go again!

Perfect little getaway

The Hideaway was the perfect little getaway. The cabin was so cute and spacious, and the private hot tub was the icing on the cake. Not to mention how cute it was decorated for Christmas. The only issue we had was the gas fireplace wasn’t working, but all it took was a quick message to the management company and they had it up and running within the hour. We will definitely be back.

Little slice of heaven

We loved every aspect of our stay! There were some minor issues (broken pool cue upon arrival) and we talked with the management company (who messaged everyday to make sure we did/didn’t need anything) and it was promptly taken care of. As hot as it was, high 90’s felt like 120, the pool was refreshing and we all enjoyed it. Wish we would have done more outdoor activities but it was very HOT. We did book touristy activities via explorie and that was a fantastic company to work with also! We picked a great week to go (end of summer/August) hardly any people at the tourist attractions. I did see another review on the beds-my kids didn’t say anything about theirs but our bed definitely did sag & being 5’3” I had to climb to get into it 😆 Overall, fantastic stay and we will definitely go back!

Summer Vacation

Loved the cute little cabin. The whole area was really nice. It's about 20 minutes from Branson, but outside of town so it's nice and quiet. There was a community pool that was really nice and the VRBO had a hot tub. The whole experience was very nice.

Great getaway!

Our family loved this house and how private it was! There was a neighbor next door, but we never saw anyone. Our kids enjoyed the pool table and the hot tub was also a hit. We were never able to find the first treasure on the scavenger hunt and that was a bummer for my seven year old. The next day, I found 10 ticks on myself and a few on the rest of the family even though I wore pants and tennis shoes. Maybe bug spray before the scavenger hunt would help with that! Overall, it was a great place to stay and we definitely enjoyed every minute and cannot wait to go back.

Solid location and cabin

All in all, this is a good spot, especially if you have a group because there are so many other cabins close by. The hot tub is great, and the patio is huge, and has plenty of space to sit. Kids and others will enjoy the amenities around the area. The cabin is decent, the pool table is fun, seating is ample for groups and the kitchen has what you need as far as functional elements. That said, the beds and pillows need updating. They sank to the middle, felt unbelievably cheap and/or old and the pillows were borderline unusable. The water heater had a very robust smell that was not a rotting smell but it definitely was something that permeated throughout the back rooms. Again, it's a good place but the beds were objectively the worst part. Update those and the pillows and figure out the smell and this is a 5* place.

Secluded, cozy cottage for the adventurous

The perfect getaway for us. We didn't want to stay in a place that had cabins one on top of the other and no privacy. We searched specifically for hiking on site, private hot tub, close to dogwood canyon and big cedar lodge. This place checked all the boxes. The only negative was the cabin below us blocked our accessibility but there was a secondary access point that we used the entire stay. As far as the cabin, it was exactly like the pictures. We took full advantage of the disc golf, hiking on the property,, treasure hunt, pool table and hot tub. The stand up shower in 3/4 bath was terrible so we used the shower in the full bathroom off from the living room. We are "wind-down before bed on the couch watching Netflix shows" people and couldn't stream Netflix without if buffering the entire time so that was a bummer but definitely not a deal breaker. We were on vacation so found other things to do besides watch TV. We stayed in early November and loved all the Christmas decorations on the property. This cabin had a boxfan and a Keurig which was a pleasant surprise as I forgot to pack both.

Simply beautiful and relaxing

What a wonderful spot. The location was just breathtaking. The properties in Tall Pines are close together, our neighbors never bothered us. The hot tub was a wonderfully refreshing close to each day of our trip. And we made good use of the pool table! There were a few bumps here and there, but nothing that would keep us away! Would definitely recommend this property for family getaways! We enjoyed evenings with the lightening bugs! What a treat!

Little get away

The place was nice. Looked just like the pictures inside and out. Only problem it wasn't private enough. I thought with 40 acres the homes would be farther apart. Wanted our dogs to be able to run free. They couldn't and we didn't have much quite time outside. Everyone was very nice. I would stay at here again with a group. It just wasn't the private getaway we wanted at this time.
