You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Great for family gatherings and IU sporting events

Great for family gatherings and IU sporting events. Ten bedrooms (16 beds total) w/ hot tub, Pool Table and backyard with privacy fence. Three miles South of IU campus, ten minute walk to YMCA, 15 minute drive to Lake Monroe. Dogs are allowed on the Main floor. Hot tub is open year round.

Bike trail which connects to the downtown and college mall just 2 blocks away. 2 parks on the bike trail are within 1 mile.

I only use green cleaning products, pay a $15 minimum hourly wage to all cleaners.

Parties are allowed, but I must be notified and give approval.

You will have the entire house to yourselves and I have a keyless lock for your arrival. But I am always available to answer any of your questions before or during your trip and will fix any problems you may encounter at my place. Previous guests have told me I provide faster service than a hotel.

I live in a lovely upper middle class neighborhood full of trees and gardens.

Their are 2 spaces not for guest access. The garage and the utility room in the basement.

10 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, hot tub, backyard, privacy fence, 3 floor house with bedroom on every floor. The house has 13 rooms.

Please note that 3 of the bedrooms are odd. One is a dormitory room in the basement with 2 twin over full bunk beds and a full bed. One is a large closet with 2 twin floor mattresses. One has a Pull out sofa, it can serve as either a bedroom or a living room space, but you need to cross the room to get to the hot tub and is one entrance to the backyard.

There are 2 bus lines a short walking distance from my house. Their is a bike trail which connects to the downtown and college mall just 2 blocks away. Bloomington is a small town, so taxi fares are inexpensive.

If you are bringing more than 6 vehicles please inform me at booking. I may have to arrange additional parking.

In addition to my nightly charge I have a $300 cleaning fee and an extra guest fee of $30 per night per guest.

I have an attached garage which is not a guest space. I have cleaners who will sometimes need to access the space and possibly do some work in it.

Stayed the weekend of the Little 500. 3rd weekend in April We loved being close to campus and the large number of comfortable beds. Although the property is dated the gathering areas were perfect for our needs.

Great place for larger groups
We had 13 college friends gather here for Homecoming. Although a bit dated, it was clean and a great place for us to hang out as a group. The kitchen was great for prepping tailgate food and there were plenty of beds & baths for all of us. Beds were comfortable, too. It was a quick Uber to Kirkwood and all the fun spots. Owner was responsive and quick to answer questions.

The house was big enough to accommodate our group of 10 adults and 3 children effortlessly and still had more room! Lots of room with plenty of beds and plenty of parking space was plus. We enjoyed being able to have our group all together playing games, cooking food and getting ready together for the wedding. The house was very clean. My master king suite bed was comfortable! I usually plan trips for our group of 20+ people and wouldn't hesitate to bring them back here again if I need to.

Our family extravaganza
The house is extraordinary. The hot tub needed cleaning. One of tge bedrooms was covered in live and dead ants. Need curtains in the living room. The bathrooms need tge toilets fixed, we had to keep fixing tge one by the front door.
