「This property was perfect for our weekend in the city. We were originally supposed to be in a different unit, but the property owner notified us that it was not available to us, due to other tenants leaving it in an awful state. She communicated with us right away and quickly switched us to a different unit. This unit was spacious and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing :). If you’re heading to Saskatoon, this condo is a great home away from home. 」

「From check in to check out, this was a fantastic rental and I will be recommending it to anyone who needs to have a comfortable, relaxing stay. It was cozy, with everything you need for a short or even long term stay. Wale was very welcoming and my stay was quiet and I felt safe in this great neighborhood. The kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom have everything you need and you will not be disappointed of you stay at this fantastic rental.」

「Property is very well appointed with a full kitchen, and numerous appliances including a washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is located in a newer neighborhood that is quiet, safe, has ample parking and is close to shopping & several nice restaurants. It is exceptionally clean and well kept, and the hosts respond to questions very promptly. 5 stars all around.」

「Stayed for 30 days December - January overall the room and the stay was pleasant a great little place does not have a smart TV but a quick fix with a fire stick (highly recommend).My biggest disappointment was the rec centre that is listed with pictures and really the reason I booked the property to begin with since I had my wife and 3 kids come for Christmas and the pool “would” have been a great, BUT the centre was CLOSED for my entire stay. 「Perfect place to stay in south east Saskatoon. Had everything we needed. We needed a pet friendly location and this worked well for our dog. There is a park close by for walks. Also, the location is close to Circle Drive, so even though the rental is in the south east corner of the city, you can get around pretty quickly. I would recommend staying here.」

「Place was super clean, well put together and cute. Downside was owner did not answer messages and I had no way of contacting him until after I had checked in. Had to wait in the driveway of the listing hoping he would show as we had no idea the code to get in, after 40 mins he finally arrived and let us in. No complaints after that, place suited our needs perfectly 」

「Second time we have stayed in this complex with the same owner. The apartment/condo is located in SE Saskatoon in the newer neighborhood of Rosewood. Close to a Tim Hortons, a pub/restaurant. and supermarket. Walking trail in open space nearby. Unit is well appointed and clean. May be a bit short of utensils if one plans on cooking meals. The chairs and couch in the living area are not comfortable and difficult to use if one has mobility issues. Temperature in the master shower (steam shower)...

「We arrived at the apartment to realize the payment was accepted but nobody sent us the instructions to get in. When I messaged the owner, they told me the apartment has been double booked and we could not get in. Most hotels were full that weekend so they really ruined my stay in Saskatoon. Gladly, the Vrbo customer service was quick to answer and managed to find us another place to stay.」
