"Marco at front desk was very welcoming and helpful. He gave us an upgrade on New Year’s Eve so we can have a great view on the 12th floor. "Traveled to the Sonesta in San Jose. The hotel was in a very quiet location. I booked a two room suite. It was very nice with two bathrooms and a small kitchen. Surprised to see a full refrigerator and dishes. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Cons: They had a grab and go breakfast with yogurt which made me sick. Front door of room would not close properly."
