「禁煙の部屋を予約していたが喫煙の部屋にアサインされたので直ぐに変更してもらったところ、通常の部屋（シャワーのみ）からバスタブ付きのコーナー部屋に変更してもらったので良かった。また、帰りの朝早くの空港行きのタクシーを予約していたのに「呼ぶのを忘れていました」と言われた。ホテルの出発時間に十分な余裕を持たせていたためフライトには間に合った。 予約内容等はフロントのパソコンに入っているのになぜしっかりと確認しないのだろうか？仕事がずさん過ぎます。」

「Cozy hotel in the heart of Batumi. Staffs are very helpful. Things that need improvement and attention are the smell that permeated the toilet and the lack of tissue paper. But overall nice hotel.」

「I liked that there was a sea and it was beautiful the flowers smelled very good and good quality everything.many options for pools and parks.」

「Beautiful big room, very clean and a wonderful bathroom, seemed newly renovated with an excellent flow of water for the shower. First class waiters in the dining room both for breakfast and one dinner. A big choice for breakfast with a very tasty Georgian salad freshly made. Dinner was delicious, excellent work by the chef. Wine and drinks were a bit expensive. A special thanks to the front desk manager and the receptionists who helped make our first visit to Batumi memorable.」

「グルジア旅行の最終日に滞在しました。最後の日ぐらいは素敵なホテルに泊まろうと思い選んだのですが、正解でした。他の高級ホテルはカジノ付きの高層ビルが多い中、このホテルはこじんまりとして街並みに溶け込んでいます。近くに良いレストランも多く、楽しめました。トルコハマムにも無料で入れ、のんびりできたのが最高です。」

「It was a 3 guest stay but there wasn't any pillows or duvet covers for the third person. The staff provided us with clean sheets of though. There was a dirty towel all folded up for our use. Our previous stay was quite nice compared to this time. 」
