「The front desk staff leaves at 7 p.m., so if you arrive after that, check-in might be a bit confusing. But they do call you in advance to explain the check-in instructions. I arrived pretty late too, but had no trouble checking in thanks to a security guard waiting at the main entrance. The front desk staff was also very friendly when I checked out the next morning.
