Hotel rooms were nice, however the halls smelled like marijuana. And the hotel is not in the nicest area, though both of those things are out of the hotels control. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Towels were stained and dirty. No shower or hand soap. No coffee in common area and staff said manager is only one that can fill the grounds & she wouldn’t be there until 8am. This was at 5am. Tub was so slick we had to put a bath towel down for safety. Check in clerk was wonderful though.

The towels are horrible. They need to be replaced. They are not white anymore. The rug in the elevator also needs to be replaced. Curtains did not close all the way so it was extremely bright in my room the next morning.

It was a very good stay. I thought there would be some type of breakfast otherwise it was good. The 3rd floor hallway smelled like smoke and some of the outside doors to rooms could use some touch up paint. Inside of room was nice.

Front desk staff was helpful when checking in. The other staff were rude. The elevator is filthy and wash clothes were not properly cleaned.

Sticky and stained
When we arrived the front desk person was great. Really friendly. Got to room and door needs painting. As we walked across the floor our shoes had that sticky sound. The next morning we shower and when the washcloth gets wet you can see the stains. Drying off and again towels are stained!! Dogs fighting in the hall. Area had many restaurants close by but we just weren’t at ease.

Room was not clean. Dog food was on floor. No towels at all and none available. When asked to change rooms, we were told there would be an additional charge bc of it having 2 beds. A refund was requested and was told because it was more than 15 minutes that it was not possible.
