「Location and facilities great, as were the staff and management. Breakfast was one of the best ever. Buxton is a fabulous place, and we will go there again and stay at the Queens Head.」

「I booked this through a deal and initially was in a room in a side wing of the hotel which was quite noisy possibly due to the hum of extractor fans near the back of the hotel. This went on all night despite my having been told they would be turned off. The TV wasn't working so I archived y reception who tried to fix it and when this wasn't possible, they moved me to the room directly below. The next morning I discovered there was no hot water so I advised reception who kindly arranged for me...

「ホテルの敷地入り口前の道路は登坂になっています。更に敷地内にはいって駐車場までが前の道路以上の急こう配です。健康な方でもかなりしんどいらしいので、体が不自由な方には絶対におすすめしません。また、ホテルはリフトありとなっていますが、リフトのある棟と無い棟があります。リフトあり希望の場合は申し込み時に明記する必要があるようです。 朝食などはおいしかったです。」
