"Rather unusual. Arrival down a lovely farm lane to a old farm being renovated. The charming owner showed us to our accommation, which was to a high standard, very spacious and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay, lovely family doing up the facility and economically priced. Would happily return. "

"Just pulling out La Ferme des Mares, a charming establishment that provides everything except showers and an apology or discount for providing showers. Should you decide to visit, my advice is that you check the hot water before accepting the keys so that you don't have the unhappy experience of discovering an ice cold shower upon waking the next morning. And no one at the reception to assist you until 8:30 AM when you need to check out."

"Needed a place to stay last minute as i was too tired to put up my tent on a motorcycle tour in France. I was delighted to find this accommodation, which was a nice drive both through country lanes but also accessible from the main roads. The reception staff, Fabien and Anne Lyse were very welcoming, helpful and couldnt do enough to ensure my stay was comfortable. "I specifically booked this hotel as on the website the restaurant showed that the restaurant was open on a Sunday evening and served lovely fish. I even messaged asking to reserve a table. However, after a long drive, on arrival we were told it was not open which was very disappointing and annoying. The breakfast was the standard bread, pastries, cereal, fruits and cheese. The location was easy to find, and a great spot to stay if planning on visiting the town.
