Non smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Water from shower and lavatory had a sewage smell. Curtain was dirty. Furniture was very dusty. Air conditioner vent caked with dust. Called desk about room being dirty and lady was rude and kept repeating “no room service for the amount of days you’re staying. Only clean every 4 days. Charge resort fees without resort amenities.

The rooms are not clean. Lamps broken, clock broken, no electrical charging outlet working, very loud and the entire property smells like an old ashtray. Will not stay there again.

My last stay at the Golden Nugget was in Vegas in 2018. The Biloxi property is similar in decor. The fixtures were worn out. When turning on the shower the handle came off in our hands. Although I told the front desk nothing was done in the 3 days we were there. Also, the balcony had cigarette butts on it, including in an open Pepsi bottle. Yuck.

Expedia prompted me to review this hotel 14 times. Ridiculous because I was unable to check in or even see the property. I tried to reschedule or cancel 6 days prior to arrival and was basically told no- thank you for being a gullible sucker fish. Thank you Expedia and nugget. Nugget gets the 1 star- Expedia you get to smooch it. Price Line or hotels dot com or bubbas hotel reZ dot com may be a better choice. The $279 you jacked is hopefully worth the learning experience. Thank you for continuing over and over to ask for my review. Get some please

I haven't been in a hotel that didn't have a refrigerator in it for over 25 years. They were available "upon request." The room was average but not great. Bed was comfy but sheets were a bit scratchy. I did like the ceiling fan though. Staff was very friendly both in hotel and casino areas.

We l love the food at the Grille, and best of all, Bubba Gumps. Y.ummy food, great servers. And the games are fun. Sometimes it is hard to get certain machines, but they are all a challenge.
