Charming flat with patio, parking and beach

Welcome to this charming accommodation, fully renovated earlier this year. Located in a small residence, you'll be just a short walk from Milady Beach, where you can enjoy the distant sound of waves from the 15 m² patio. The kitchen, fully equipped (coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher...), opens onto a bright living room, creating a welcoming space.

The first bedroom features a bunk bed with two 90 cm beds, perfect for children under 17, with an additional 90 cm mattress that can be added underneath. The master bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm bed. The bathroom includes a shower, a single vanity unit, and a towel warmer.

The residence also offers a swimming pool, accessible from 10 AM to 10 PM (unsupervised and only open during the summer).

The Milady neighborhood is ideally located just 2 minutes on foot from Milady and Ibarritz beaches, as well as the Thalasso Thalmar, a popular spot for locals in Biarritz.

PARKING
A secure parking space is provided in a garage directly across from your accommodation. For larger vehicles, the garage may be narrow. Alternatively, you can park at the beach parking lot, just a 2-minute walk away.

SERVICES
Bed linen (sheets and towels) and cleaning are included in the price. Free Wi-Fi is available, suitable for remote work.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €400 security deposit will be required for the rental. This deposit, managed through the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival. The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not affect your card’s spending limits. Subject to compliance with the terms and conditions, and the property being returned in perfect condition, this transaction will be automatically canceled within 7 days of your departure.

COMMUNICATION WITH GUESTS

A receptionist will contact you on your arrival day to schedule your check-in time. Check-ins are typically between 4 PM and 8 PM, but later arrivals can be arranged upon request for an additional fee:

Arrival between 8 PM and 10 PM: €35
Arrival between 10 PM and midnight: €65
Arrival after midnight: €100

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The area features a beautiful seaside promenade, a playground for children, and activities tailored for people with reduced mobility, with direct access to the sea.

You are on the border of the beautiful town of Bidart, just a 4-minute walk from Ilbarritz Beach. This beach, supervised during the summer season (mid-June to the end of October), stretches over 300 meters of sand, perfect for swimming and golfing. The beach is equipped with restrooms, showers, and two restaurants. Dogs are not allowed during the supervised period, and access is adapted for people with reduced mobility. You can reach the beach by bike via the Vélodyssée or by bus from the "Ilbarritz" stop.

The Côte des Basques is a 5-minute drive away, as is the Bibi Beaurivage neighborhood. The Biarritz market halls are an 8-minute drive away. During school holidays, shuttles take you directly to the center of Biarritz in 10 minutes.
